Through this partnership, care packages are administered by Trilogy Care, allowing clients to maintain flexibility and choice over their service providers. This means you can continue receiving services through us, while having greater control over how your funding is used.
With a lower-fee model compared to traditional providers, more of your Support at Home budget can go directly toward care and services, helping you maximise your support and remain independent at home for longer.
Support at Home is a government-funded program designed to assist older Australians with daily activities such as personal care, household tasks, and attending appointments, all tailored to your individual care plan.
